Refund Eligibility

As is standard for event tickets (on our site and almost every other ticket-selling website), no refunds are available unless the entire event is canceled by Afton, an act of God, or by the venue itself. If you have been contacted by our staff regarding an event cancellation, stating that there is an option for a possible refund, please login to your account at aftonshows.com and click the ’Request Refund’ link. If no such link appears in your account, your purchase is not eligible for any type of refund. If you have any questions about this, you can contact our customer service staff at: admin@aftonshows.com

REFUND POLICY

If the artist cancels, misses their given time slot, is barred from performing due to a breach of contract or because the artist broke venue rules, or chooses not to perform – no refund will be given. But Afton will honor all of the tickets that were sold to a future reschedule date. If Afton, an act of God, or the venue cancels the entire show then refunds will be given or tickets can be honored on a future show.
